ok opinions please need to cancel one of these we are a party of 6 adult women which would you suggest to keep and why.I have been to sci-fi not chefs other 5 first trip to disney.TIA

This one is easy: Stick with Chefs de France. The food, service and ambiance is far superior, in every way.

The only advantage Sci-Fi affords is for the 1950s B-movie, or general kitschy stuff, aficionado, and even then, I'd still recommend Chefs de France, for a party of all adults.

I'd keep Chefs...I can't think of a more pleasant way to spend a meal with friends than to request a window seat and watch the world stroll by. It's a much more adult environment and one of our "must do's" every trip.:thumbsup2

I would definitely pick Chefs over Sci Fi for the same reasons the previous poster mentioned.

I personally would keep Sci-Fi. I grew up with authentic French and German cooking from my two sides of the family so I don't find the French cooking up to par at Chefs. But if you aren't used to authentic French cooking then I'm sure it would work out fine for me.

Now I diet all year and on vacation I look forward to a great burger and shake, and Sci-Fi still has the good buns and good patties (plus you get your choice of cheese!)
I love the car and watching the movies. After being at the parks all day slipping into a dark cool room seems wonderful. I also find its a quiet restaurant as far as people noise as the cars make a more intimate atmosphere.

Now if you want to be able to easily talk to everyone Chefs would be better for that.

All in all I would reccommend Sci-Fi Diner but I just preferred it in past experiences! :)

And lets face it French restaurants are plentiful in the world, but how many places do you get to sit in a table that is in the shape of a car with a starry sky without the worries of bugs and bird poop? LOL. I just find the experience is more unique than Chefs and since I don't like the food of chefs, it has nothing compared to Sci Fi's atmosphere. I wish I could explain the atmosphere. But the first time I went I knew what was coming but when they took us back stage and you see the room for the first time I was just kind of awestruck it was magnificient and I was in a state of awe and excitement the entire meal. It was wonderful

Thanks eveyone you convinced me on Chefs I will keep that one prob best for us adults. But as I said in op I have been to Sci-fi and also loved the setting so I understand what you are trying to convey:)
