I was wondering what the difference was between Les Chefs de France and the Bistro de Paris. I have enjoyed Les Chefs de France a few times and was thinking about going upstairs. It always looks like there are less people going upstairs. Les Chefs de France is usually packed for dinner and it appears the upstairs would be a little more private. Also how similar are the menus. Thanks

What a coinky-dink. I went through the same decision for the same reason.
We ate at Bistro Friday night.
My vote -- Stay with Chefs.
The food was very good in Bistro. But I can't say that it was any better than what is in Chef's.
Not as much variety.
It is much quieter and more ritzy feeling upstairs. Even the napkins were folded to look like dress waiter shirts. ;)
So it's personal choice and $. It's less expensive in Chefs, food (we think) is just as good, and not such a formal (stuffy) atmosphere.
We enjoyed it. But we didn't think it was worth the extra cost. I suppose if you really were into and knew your gourmet food, you could tell a difference.
