If you have children and went to Les Chefs did they enjoy it? I saw the menu options at AllEars, but I wanted to know what your kids actually thought of the food.
My daughter wants to eat lunch here because of Remy.
Opinions and suggestions please!!!

TIA :flower3:

Just a Remy reminder. If you are going just because of Remy, you should be aware that he does not appear on Sundays at all. Also, he sometimes breaks down, and because there is only one of him, when that happens he does not appear on his scheduled days. For that reason it's usually suggested not to tell the children about him so they aren't disappointed if he doesn't show up. Since your child already knows, just be aware.

We don't find the kids' meals to be good at all. Yuck!

Last time, kids shared adult meal, and this trip, we just didn't go. Thought kids would like to see Remy as well, but it's not worth it, IMHO, to go there for subpar food and service, just to see Remy.

Hope you can find something you like on the menu, Tiger

I was looking at the menu trying to remember WHAT dd likes so well about this place. Ughh, that menu looks very uninspiring!

Anyway my DD loves the place, has since she was 5. She must get the cheese twist, has the pasta without sauce and the sorbet. She must steal some of my adult Mac-n-cheese or something. I dont know why she loves the place, we have never seen Remy. But she asks to go back here and the adult food was pretty good!

We love Chef's! Our oldest son orders from the adult menu, and our youngest is so excited about Remy that he shares with the rest of us - he loves the bread and the french onion soup. Our middle son is a very picky eater (he usually eats chicken nuggets or mac and cheese for every meal at Disney.) And he thinks the mini burgers on the kids' menu are outstanding!

DS didn't love the kid's menu. It was the only non-Signature dining TS we did last trip. He loves grilled chicken, but they would not sub that for the chicken things on the menu. He ate them and the bread.

And then he ate off our plates.:lmao:

DS5 loved his hamburger there when we had lunch there a few weeks ago. DS3 didn't eat his cheese puff (on the kids' app menu but big enough for a 3-year-old as a lunch meal), but he is in that stage where he may or may not eat, then if he skips a meal he will eat a lot at the next. Went through the same thing with my older one when he was that age.

Remy was there when we went and the boys got so excited when they saw him. We didn't tell them about him just in case we didn't get to see him, but it was a nice surprise for them and we were glad it all worked out. We were going anyway and Remy was a very nice bonus. Excellent baguette bread too, and wonderful service!

My daughter loves the little burgers. The first time we went there, she was 7 and didn't want to go in. She told us she would wait outside for us. However, when planning for our next trip, this was her first pick for restaurant choice. DO NOT tell your kids Remy will be there just in case he isn't. He was supposed to be there when we went, but he never arrived. The kids were upset. Everyone in our group has enjoyed the food here. I hope you get to see Remy.

Chefs was actually the only restaurant where my kids ate a burger and french fries the entire trip and they gave them a thumbs up. They have awesome skinny cut fries and the burger buns were great. As a PP mentioned, the cheese pastry appetizer is generously-sized and yummy too.

Thanks guys! :goodvibes My DD8 knows Remy is there, but I won't mention it again, and since we are not eating there until December she might hopefully forget about him. LOL
She is a bit of a picky eater, so the kids' burger and fries will probably be what she orders ;)

Has anyone ever seen the kids' burgers available at dinner at Les Chef de France? From the online menus I've seen, I did not see the burgers listed... but in some reviews I read, people mentioned the kids' burgers in their dinner review. I'd love to get some feedback on that. We have 6 weeks till our trip!! :)
