Well.....seems that America's Got Talent is now an educational show!!! My almost 13 y/o dd says to me last night....."Ahh, so THAT's what a drag queen is!!!" Way too funny. Entertaining in his own way, but not the right kind of 'talent' for this show.
The quick change team? I liked them. And I think Piers was hard on them. Yes, it does take a thick skin to be in the 'business', but he was just downright mean. I mean, come on...'are you deaf, or are you just dumb?'. Out of line. Brandy was right, that was their act. Singers sing, dancers dance....quick change teams, well, they change clothes!! Not much room for any differences I wouldn't think. I think he went over the line when he called them 'dumb'. I don't think the performers would have taken issue with the critisims until that point. If Piers didn't like the performance, he could have just said..."Not enough of a difference from the other performances you have done. Sorry." and hit the X...but he didn't have to be insulting.
But, then, he liked that little girl that Brandy brought back. The kid has a terrific voice but really was all over the place pitchwise. She was flat a bunch of times. So, when both Brandy and David said she was good but needed more work, and then have Piers say he had to disagree, that he thought she was 'brilliant'...come on!!! She was so far from brilliant!!!
I hated her than, and still hate her performance now. She is a "Perfessional Burlesque Teacher"....yea Right. 
the entire time Leonid was on. He's in his own universe. 
Honestly, a woman her age who's been in the business for sometime dissolving was just too much for me. I also didn't like the husband's attitude. Yes, it's an interesting act and I must say I've been amazed every time I've seen it but I also agree with Piers... minus the deaf and dumb critique.
