Lenox Mickey Frame needed Please!!

HI! I am looking for a Lenox frame that has cutouts of Mickey heads all around the frame. It was originally bought at the Disney Store. A good friend of mine got one from her husband right before he died and it was broken, we found a replaceent and the replacement was broken this weekend. I would really like to find another for her as it really meant a lot.
Any help would be great!!
