Leno VS. Conan

I've always liked both Jay and Conan. Some of this has to do with my extreme dislike of David Letterman. There has been the odd time that I stayed up to watch, when someone I really admire was on Letterman, but he was so wildly unprepared and inhospitable it just made even those interviews unbearable.

I'm not really on one side, I want to go back to the time when I thought everyone liked eachother

Not a Dave Letterman fan either but I love Craig Ferguson -- also on CBS (on the odd night when I'm awake that late)

I forgot about Craig Ferguson! I have watched his show several times and really enjoyed it!

fire em both and hire and put Craig Ferguson in a better time slot! That guy deserves it. The other 2 are over rated IMO.

I'm enjoying the banter back and forth and the jokes about NBC though

I used to work at both Leno's show and Conan's show (Conck can back me up on this)

I think the way it was handled made them BOTH look really bad. Conan came off looking like he has this HUGE ego.. (he has an ego but .. still) and Leno came off looking just shy of being the devil.. (he's not.. he REALLY is a nice guy..)

I spent more time at Leno's show because honestly - I preferred working there vs. working at Conan's Late Night.

I'm not surprised at how it all turned out tho. I knew that Jay wasn't ready to retire and Conan's people forcing him out backfired.

I hope they learned a lesson.

I'm glad he'll be able to make appearances again next month or April although I have definitely enjoyed the return of StrikeBeard! and the curls, I've never seen his hair so long before. The dolphin pic was mega cute.

Actually, because of this mess and the Olympics, I've been watching Jimmy Kimmel on ABC almost every night. I love when he has Guillermo do stuff, like Conan did with Andy.
