Alrighty, my twins are "helping" me again on the computer, and I haven't yet learned how to type, think, and let them help.

Does anyone know the brand of sandals that have a closed toe? I don't have a photo - but they are just like flip flops, but your toes aren't exposed. I thought they were Crocs, but there is nothing on their website.

Anyone have any idea about what I'm even talking about?

TIA!

Take a look at Keen sandals. Some (if not all the sandal) models have a protective covering over the toes. I have a pair of the Newports and they were great for park touring -- very comfortable and toes stay 'safe' when stepped upon.

Birkenstocks? This style is called Boston.

I'm pretty sure you are talking about the Keen Bali and Keen Trinidad styles. The Keen Bali is a slide and the Trinidad has a toe post. Both have toe caps. Very comfy shoes!

Campbell Scott - THANK YOU! The Keen Bali is the shoe I was looking for.

Appreciate all your help everyone!
