Length of stay wheelchair rental

Question for you veterans. If you rent a length of stay wheelchair at the parks, can use also use that receipt for a chair rental at Downtown Disney?

My best guess is that the length of stay rental includes just the parks, because in the past the park rental prices have not always been the same as the DTD prices.
Does anyone know the answer for sure?

The regular price at DTD is $10, the same as in the parks. They will accept the LOS coupon or park receipt from that day at no extra charge. However, since there are no gates they will take a credit card imprint as a deposit
