Has anyone taken advantage of the length of stay stroller rental? My family and I are going for 9 days in a few weeks :woohoo: , and my DD, 6 and DN 4 will never make it all day on thier little feet. I recently read about the length of stay stroller rental and it sounds great, but I don't know any details (where to get it, how to pay...). Any info would be great!

Thanks!

It worked out great for us. We did 7 days. The best part was not waiting in the line to pay, you just go up to where the CMs are handing out the strollers and they stamp your ticket. Plus you get a discount. We'll definately do it again.

We also do a length of stay stroller rental. It is so easy. The first day, just wait in line and buy your stroller rentals. They will give you enough tickets to cover all your days. Each day you will need to get it stamped and just hand them your nametag (they will give that to you also). You can park hop too. Just make sure not to lose those tickets. I keep them all together and with me along with the nametag. The stroller rentals are always right inside the gates and at the end of the day you just drop it off back there.

Does anybody know if the stroller rentals are available BEFORE the park opens? Say, if we had a 8am breakfast at the Crystal Palace, could we stop for our stroller on our way into the park, or would we have to go all the way back down Main Street after our breakfast to get the stroller, thus loosing precious Dumbo time?? Anybody know?

We had an 8am ADR at Crystal Palace and was able to get our stroller before going to the restaurant. I was concerned that I would have to go back to the front of the park but no worries!

We were able to get our Stroller at AK before our 8am at Donald's.

We bought five days and only used four. We found that we didn't need it our second day at MK.

We found it a must at AK and Epcot however.

I have heard that you can use the left over day on your next trip. Also, you can get a refund at the end of the trip if you don't use all of your days. I thought I read somewhere that there is more than one stroller pick up location at the parks but I don't know where they are. My dd gets tired late in the day and I know I will not want to go back to the front of the parks to get the stroller.

Thanks for all the info. It is good to know we can do this. I also heard you get a discount on the daily rental if you buy the length of stay. Anyone know how the discount works?
Thanks again...

We just returned a few days ago and took advantage of the length of stay stroller rental. Basically, it's $10 per day if you pay each day(For a single stroller-not sure how much a double is), but if you pay up front, you save $2 per day-we paid for 4 days and it was $32. At the Magic Kingdom, they have an Express Stroller rental kiosk set up near the ferries-we paid in advance for them there and got the 4 days' worth of tickets.... upon entering the park, we just walked up to the stroller area bypassing the line of people waiting to pay for the rental and got our stroller.... :)

Does "length of stay" mean you HAVE to rent it for all the days you are staying? Or could you rent it for 5 of your 7 days and still get the discount?

You just pay up front for however many days you'd like it for.... for instance, we were going to be there for 5 nights, but only did a stroller rental for 4 days.... :)

Are they still giving you a Disney dollar when returning the stroller at the end of the day.

I heard some people "sell" them on their way out for $2 or $3.

Thats sad, I just give mine away. Sometimes people won't take it from me. They look at me like I'm nuts. Also happens when giving away FP. Maybe its the hat (See picture to left!)

They no longer give you a Disney $ when returned.

I have used extra days from a multi day rental on future trips. I never tried to get a refund on extra days.
