I Loved it!!! Discovery Cove was amazing!!!! and I am difficult to impress. The aviary was unbelievable. I will have a trip report soon.

So. You went in December?

It's just starting to get cold down here in South Florida.

Usually it gets really cold in Jan/Feb, then it warms up. Now cold is a bad word, we're only talking like 40 for the low, and 75 for the highs. Like I'm in shorts right now.

The temp of the water at DC is always a chili 72 (something like that). So once you get in the water it doesn't matter. And the showers have hot water coming out of them.

I'm wondering if they have tours in January. That would be the coldest month. I'm sure they "take care" of the guests if the air temp makes the day too cold.

Anyone ever gone in January? Guess we'll find out soon.

they wilkl be closing down in january for some construction and refurbishment.
