Legoland with 2 kids and 1 mom

We may be in San Diego next year, and I think a trip to Legoland would be fun. My kids will be 3.5. However, I would be taking them by myself. I was looking at the rides on their website, and very few look like they could hold 3 in a seat. They will not meet the minimum hight to ride alone, so they probably couldn't sit in a seat by themselves (with me behind). Would we miss out on too much?
