Legoland to MCO timing

I have a 730pm flight from MCO. If I want to spend the day at Legoland, what time would I have to leave the park in order to return the rental car, check luggage, clear security and make the flight. I am thinking of doing this on a saturday in September.

I would say 1500 . Returning a car at the airport for us as never been a delay its as easier then finding a parking spot at the malls.

As pointed out 3pm seems about right.

Work backwards ......... flight at 7.30 pm ....... 2 hours for flight check in = 5.30pm

30 min to hand back car & walk to check in counter === 5pm

40min drive from LEGOLAND ( on Hwy 27 ) to I-4 And 40 min drive to Airport Total 80min == 3.40pm

Allowing 30 min + for refueling car & delays etc = 30min === 3.10pm

So have a relax drive Make it 3pm

Follow up. For me I do not mess around with fly days so 1500 is my latest I am going. As far as traffic goes it should be fine.
