Back in May, DH won 2 adult tickets to Legoland through a contest online. We weren't planning to do Legoland on our upcoming trip, because we went last year and weren't that crazy about it. We didn't try the water park last year, though, so we thought we'd spend most of our day there. So, I still needed passes for the kids, and I bought those online with a discount through Air Miles. The problem is, though, that we leave for Anaheim in 7 days and we still haven't received the Legoland passes that DH won - they were supposed to come in 6 to 8 weeks, and that was 10 weeks ago. He's e-mailed the representative that he's corresponded with through the sweepstakes, and she says that there's no guarantee that the tickets will get to us before we leave. So, if we don't get the passes in time, we're either out the cost of the kids tickets and just do something else or we have to buy a pair of adult passes (and then we'll have useless passes that come in the mail. Not really much of a win after all!) The kids passes expire at the end of 2015, but I was wondering if anyone knows if Legoland will allow people to use expired passes for a small upgrade fee? If they do, we could just use the kids passes and the free passes next year if we decide to come to California for spring break.
