Hello. We are planning our trip to Disney, Universal, Discovery Cove, and Legoland in Oct. I originally booked everything for November than realized a conflict with the school calendar so rebooked for Oct. Except for Legoland. Ugh. They now have a bricks and breakfast character breakfast only on Sundays at Legoland, that I booked for Nov. I am trying to reschedule that. Whenever I call the toll free number I get voicemail (and left a message), and there is also an email, so I have sent 2 emails. I cannot get a live person! There is no info on the ticket for breakfast on how to cancel or reschedule or if you can even do that. It's $30 per person so that is a lot if I can't get a refund. I am very disappointed that Legoland doesn't have better customer service. Has anyone else had this type of problem with the VIP experiences at Legoland?
