The prices vary quite a bit depending on when you are planning to go, so if you have patience and flexibility that can help.

It's new and you can walk right to the park, so with location comes cost.

You really have to be flexible with your dates or keep looking at discounts for early booking. I have been looking now and again for the last 6 months. We are 1 month out now and I scored a room today for 140/n with the 20% off early booking deal.
