Hi guys :goodvibes

Not long now until our August trip :cheer2:

I think I am going to buy AP's again for both WDW and US/IOA as we will also be able to use them for our Easter 2013 trip, so 7 weeks use in total. I am also considering delaying using one set of AP's until half way through this holiday so that we can also use them for August 2013.... not sure if we will manage it but worth a try.....

Is there anything I need to consider before purchasing AP's, it seems like a lifetime since I bought our last lot.....

Also DH is desperate to go to Legoland, I think it worked out at about £180 for the four of us for the day :scared1: Seems like an awful lot of money to spend on top of the cost of our AP's :confused3 Has anyone been? Did you enjoy it? We have two girls, 8 & 6, they are into Lego Friends and Harry Potter Lego but I'm unsure as to whether it would be money well spent :confused3 Any thoughts?

Thanks.

We've been twice with DD aged 5 and 6.

We and especially DD enjoyed it.

The rides are mostly very tame. I know it is advertised as suitable upto 12, i'd say upto about 8.

We did the buy an adult get a kids ticket free promotion (Pepsi).

I did a trip report - Everything but disney with lots of legoland pics - on the uk trip reports section.

We went to Legoland in Florida last year and kids all enjoyed it. We visited Legland Windsor and Legoland California a few years ago and they have always had a great time.

The rides are quite tame for them now but they are lego mad and enjoy the theming and the miniland in Florida was the most impressive of all the Legolands we have visited.

They want to go again when they are in Florida next month so will see if they are getting too old for it then,( they will be 12, 11 and 9 ). Fortunately we got the free kids ticket with adult ticket so have not considered AP yet.

Hmmm thanks for replies, DH seems to think our girls are the perfect age to go which is why we are considering it for this trip....

Will have a shop around to see if there are any offers still available.

Thanks again :goodvibes

I'd say they would be a great age to go.

I know there was a similar BOGOF promotion to the pepsi one with mcdonalds - there is usually a legoland thread on the dibb with the latest deal.

Legoland combines very well with dinner at Manny's chop house :)

Brilliant, I will check it out, thanks :goodvibes
