legoland is it woth a trip for an adult or is it realy for kids

Unless you are really into building with legos, I don't think I'd go as an adult. For the price you have soooo many better options close by.

The majority of it is kids rides that are Lego themed. If you are an AFOL (Adult Fan of Legos), the best part would be the replica citiy scapes which is called Miniland. The photos that I saw before we went did not do them justice! But other than that it really is kid-oriented. The build opportunities are cars to race and Mindstorm classes (the classes fill up quickly, at least during the spring break time period.)

I'd say skip it and spend your money at the DTD Lego store
