After much researching, I hope I finally found the cheapest tickets to suit our needs. :cool1: I clicked on the tickets link on Disboards. I'm sure they wouldn't steer me in the wrong direction, but I want to verify the ticket seller. Has anyone ever purchased tickets from officialticketcenter.com? Did you experience any problems with getting tickets on time? Are their tickets actually valid for the parks?

I know, silly questions considering Disboards provided the link. Just have to wonder sometimes. Don't want to get their and find we have to purchase additional tickets because what we got were bogus. And before you recommend them, I have checked undercover tourist. This place is still a little cheaper for what we need.

They are legitimate and on the official (internal) list of authorized resellers. Before I became a CM when I had out of town visitors I would use Official Ticket Center as my source for discounted tickets as I did not live too far from them.

Wish I could help! We always use Undercover Tourist and purchase through the Mousesavers newsletter link to get extra discounts!

Thanks for confirming.

I checked this site out. It seems pretty decent. But my question is, It says it has 6 day park hoppers plus 7th day free, so does that basically mean it's a 7 day hopper?

I'm almost certain that's what it would be. I certainly hope so as I'm looking at the 3 day hopper ticket with 4th and 5th days free. Sent them an e-mail asking this question. I'll let you know the response when I get it.

Answer confirmed. It would be a 7 day hopper.

Also, when comparing prices, make sure you go all the way through the checkout process to just before you pay. Some sites add tax and shipping, some are included.

I know Undercovertourist is what you see is what you pay, no extra unless you need quick ship.

Not sure about the other places, but I know at one place I checked out the face value was less, but after taxes and shipping shown in the cart a few pages later, it was actually $10 more. (Not Official Ticket the site mentioned above, this was a few years ago.)

Just make sure you're comparing dime for dime.

I've used UT through Mouse Savers and had great service, etc. I checked about 15 different places and the mousesavers link was the cheapest I could find without doing a timeshare presentation (yuck, plus I have my DVC) and without risking an EBAY purchase which is a HUGE Gamble and not recommended by most people.

The other option you have is to do the one day, one ticket volunteer program starting Jan 1. You can then take said ticket and upgrade it at the gates to a multiday ticket by paying the difference (this is in the FAQs on the site, so its legit). Theoretically, that's an $84 coupon for a multi-day ticket.
