In MI 30 yrs ago you had to be 18 without parental conest and get a blood test.

In 2002 WE had to be 18 and didn't need blood test but had to wait 3 days before our license was effective than had 30 days to get hitched. and sign a paper saying we had read the aids hiv pamplet.

I am pretty such here in Tennessee as long as you are 18 you do not need parents consent.
