Leftover table service credits

We leave tomorrow and will have 6(!) unused table service credits on our deluxe dining plan, thanks to our apparent inability to get it together to go out for breakfast. Can the credits be converted to snack credits? I know you can convert quick service credits, but am not sure about table service.

we have done it in the past, but it equals the same 3 as the quick service
