I have Little Smokies coming out my ears. A whole package left over after making my pigs in a blanket.

Any suggestions??

Go Giants. :cool1:

either in a crockpot with bbq sauce, or, in a crockpot simmering in beer.

mine are going into the crockpot with bbq sauce today! I also like to chop them and add them to mac and cheese.

Mix up about 1/4 cup of grape jelly and 1/4 cup of barbecue sauce, and pour over 1lb of smokies in a small saucepan or crockpot. Cook over low heat until heated through.

Another good one--get some pre-cooked bacon strips. Cut them in half. Wrap each half around one smokie and secure with a toothpick. Sprinkle liberally with brown sugar and bake at 400 for about 12 minutes or until bacon is crisp and sugar is melted.

Both are awesome!

I have regular old Welch's grape jelly........is that what you mean??

Not pearlieq, but the answer is "yes." Sounds odd, but taste great! :)

:thumbsup2 We always added some yellow mustard to the jelly, too. for some "tang".

Also good is Heinz Chili sauce w/grape jelly. Sounds gross, but you won't believe how fast they go...

I like to take about a quarter package and chop them up and add them to Zatarain's jamablaya with some shrimp or chicken.

OMG I did these for Christmas and New Years...they were the first thing gone. I do recommend using a foil pan for easy cleanup.:thumbsup2

Cut a jalapeno in half, stuff with cream cheese, add lil smokie, wrap with bacon. 325 for 20 min. :thumbsup2

Cut them in small slices, warm in a pan and pour eggs over them to scramble.

I second the bacon one. Yes, you are killing yourself, but mmmm they are so yummy!
