We had 6 day Magic Your Way Hoppers with no expiry for WDW. We only used 4 of the 6 days.

For the DL half next month we will be at the parks for 3 days. I was planning to buy 3 day hoppers. But we are tightening our budget (all round, not just for Disney) and I was considering using our 2 days and buying a one day hopper. $79.00 x2 = $158.00 as opposed to to $149.00 x 2 = $298.00. The $140.00 difference is a big savings right now.

Can I definately use my 2 days from WDW at DL? Where would I go to exchange them? Our days are on our room keys...do they just swipe that to verify the days left?

Thank you

If money is an issue why not buy the single park pass? Do you need to park hop every day? We are also using our no expiry WDW passes this time to save money right now. I also don't know if we will use one day or two days - depends on how much we like it and how much we convince DH we want two days!!!! :thumbsup2

I have to preface this by saying I didn't even know you could use WDW tickets at DLR. So, I have no idea what the rules are for those exchanges.

However, I can tell you that if you were back in Florida, you'd be able to add days to your existing ticket as an upgrade. Since your original tickets were six-day passes, you could add up to four more days. This would be considerably cheaper than buying a new base ticket or single day ticket. If you only need one more day, the difference between a six-day park hopper no expiration and a seven day is only $31. (Times 2 tickets = $62.) That's all you'd need to pay. (It might be slightly more, because your existing tickets were probably bought before the recent ticket price increase. It will be the difference between the current seven-day ticket ($338) and whatever you paid for yours.)

Now, whether DLR would allow you to do this same thing is the question. At least ask the question.

I thought WDW tickets were not valid at DL. Hearing this, I have to ask can you use a WDW AP? Thanks

Freetime, I know you cannot use the WDW AP at disneyland. I understand it's only the hopper passes. I read alot more about it today....The WDW hopper passes cost more than a DL pass, so you can exchange them the WDW left over days at DL.

You cannot use left over DL days at WDW. And you can only use APs at the parks that it was issued for.
