What do you do when you have left over days on a Hopper Pass. We are going back this Nov. but we still have days left? Since they want you to buy your tickets out side of the Park what are my options? Can you just use them at the gate and then buy new tickets when needed? Thanks...

My understanding is that the unused days don't expire, so by all means, hang on to your passes with leftover days. (also, for the days after you use up your current passes, you may want to buy passes ahead of time ... you can probably get a better price from a company like TicketMania than you can at the gate)

They never expire, should be no problem using them at the gate.

My DD has 3 days left on hers but I was thinking about getting an annual pass.

Can they credit you days or should I get like a 7 day park hopper instead and use it with my remaining???

Thanks for your reply. I will go to the gate use the days left.

We had planned on buying our new passes at one of the outlets.

Have a great Day!!:bounce:

1 question though. Is it the Ultimate Park Hopper or just the Park Hopper? The ultimate expires on the day you leave if I'm not mistaken.

How many passes do you have? I still have two park hopper passes, each with 2 days left on each (4 days total). I am going to have my DH use these two passes and will purchase a new 7-day from Ticketmania for myself. We won't go into the parks everyday, so he'll use up the old passes and I'll have days left on mine for the next trip.

I thought this was a good budget tip, to only buy one new pass instead of two!

I only buy the 4 day park hoppers. It's just the right amount of time and it gives you the freedom to get around and still go to other places in Florida. We get a house so we have a private pool for the kids and we can enjoy the peace and quiet. Let's face it DW is not an easy going vacation especially when you have little ones buts its well worth it when you see the looks of joy on their faces. When the kids get older we will stay in the park but for now this works best. I have been taking my children since 1974 and now my grand children since 1999.

We have 1 day left on three different passes.

Thanks again,

Tracey, on allears.net it says you can only upgrade your park hopper to an annual pass if it's within a week of first using the pass. However, I spoke with a CM at WDW who said I could upgrade my pass as long as it still had days left open - and I hope they will honor this b/c I made AP ressies based on this! I need the price break this would give me;) Anyway, I'll be going on the 15th and will post when I return about how this works. I'm wondering if they will start the AP at time of purchase or backdate it to when I bought the pass in March.
Also, I would imagine that if you had a child's pass you could only upgrade to a child's AP but it's worth asking about.

I have already purchased an Premium Annual Pass. I am planning on visiting WDW from 9/28 to 10/3--hopefully with a friend. Anyway, from a previous trip, I have four unused days from an Ultimate Park Hopper pass. Can she use these and then just buy one day for herself?

My DD has the days left on a child pass from last year and I will need a child premium annual pass. I didn't know how much of a credit you would get.

I'd probably get the PAP since it includes water parks and Disney Quest, which we've never been to either. I just didn't know if they'd give you a legit price or which would be cheaper.

Either keep the 3 days and purchase a 7-day Park Hopper Plus, or trade in the remaining days for a Premium Annual Pass, giving me credit for the days left on the old pass. Which ever way would be cheaper would be fine with me.

Please let me know how you make out...

We just took a 4 year old hopper pass to guest services at MK. They checked the pass and told us how many days were left on it. They were very pleasant about it. She did ask how many days we thought were on it first and we were right. Maybe it's a sneaky way of checking up on if it's really ours. I don't do length of stay passes anymore since they expire. Just remember to put the hoppers somewhere safe so you can find them on the next trip.

Thanks. I keep ours in a safe deposit box. Not sure if I will keep the 3 days left and get an additional 7 or upgrade to an annual.

Do the park hoppers include disney quest or only the PAP?

Thanks so much this is just what I needed to know. I do have one more question. Did you buy new tickets before you went to MK and then went to the Quests Service after to see what was left on you hopper passes. Would you let me know.:sunny:

Ultimate Park Hopper passes are for the length of your on-site resort stay. They expire midnight of the last day of your stay, regardless of how many days you did or did not use them. You should be able to look at them and tell when they expire(d).:(

I was talking about 4 day hopper passes. I have gotten an answer on my guestion. Thanks
