I got lucky today and nabbed a 12:00 lunch at LeCellier for the first week of October.

Will it be ok to take my 4 year old DS and my 6 year old DD, or is it not kid friendly. They do fine in nice eateries here, but I also don't think I'd take them out for fine dining.

Anyone have experience taking little ones (good or bad?) :confused3

My 13, 10 and 6 year olds loved it. They went crazy over the maple creme brulee. It is very kid friendly.

ds5 loved Le Cellier!!! it was great and there were plenty of little ones :thumbsup2

We took my dd (6) there in Dec. and she fell asleep on the table! We had to wake her up to eat, but our server took it all in stride. Be sure to let them try the chocolate "moose" for dessert!

our kids ages 8 and 10 every trip ask for Le Cellier. They have amazing kids desserts!

This trip coming up we are going twice! Your kids will love the food!

My Ds 5 and Ds2 (22 months when we went) were fine but we did end up having to walk DS2 around some because it took a long time to get our food. We did ask if they could bring out the kids meals with our appetizers, but it didn't happen. Bring crayons and toys. I think they may have had crayons and a book but I can't remember

We went in the afternoon and there were tons of kids there. I think they might try and seat all the kids together.

the s'mores are cute!

If you look close you can see the stick on placemat I had brought for DS2's table. All Walmart had was Dora, but they came in handy for my children that get food everywhere!

Thanks for the replies! I feel better about it...now I can really celebrate getting that PS!! :cool1:

And MMMM...Maple Creme Brulee sounds so good!! :thumbsup2

We went to Le Cellier last October, Our kids were 7 & 11. They Loved it there! So did my DH and I. We all Loved the food ! We will be going again in August! Enjoy!!!!!!!!

they are pretty child friendly and accomidating. The kids were bugging for chicken nuggets when they saw the mcdonalds stand so I got them some then we decided to check for a walk in at le Cellier (yeah right) Low and behold not only could they take us but before I could get back from the bathroom, hubbs and kids were seated at the table WITH THE CHICKEN NUGGETS that I had expected them to finnish while waiting. I was so embarassed but the waiter was really good about it. And then I knew no way could we eat two full meals (kids didnt need much since they had the nuggets) But we couldnt or didnt want to agree anyway - we like steak cooked way different. Anyway I got the kids waters (would rather spend the money on an extra tip then on sodas) my son starts fussing about not wanting water and so we go ahead and get them sodas. I also ordered not sure how it worked but some fruit and some cheese for the kids but as part of our meal just to keep them occupied. No problem he brought extra plates without being asked. asked if we needed extras of anything else. Then when he brought the bill all there was was the dining plan stuff when I asked if he had a separate bill for the sodas for the kids he said no it was fine he didnt want to bother making one for two kids sodas. Some things took a while but he was always out checking on us, talking to the kids letting us know we were being taken care of. I think that my be part of the problem when some places take soooo long is that you dont see the server again until they have food for you and it makes it seem too long. Needless to say that even though we didnt really like the food we left a very nice tip.
