I'm leaving tuesday, but I'm no longer doing the happy dance, first I had to cancel my myw package because of finances, traveling with party of 5 and nothing was available from 11/7 in our price range ...........also my mother sprained her leg and I don't know if she will be able to walk through the parks. she refuses to use wheelchair, our airfare is nonrefundable and we don't really want to reschedule at this short notice.......any feedback?

Can you give us more information about the trip as you had originally planned it and see if maybe we can help? Your airfare may be nonrefundable but usually they will let you reschedule for a later date for just a small fee. Where were you planning on staying? Did your MYW package include everything from your stay to tickets and dining? What are your plans now?

At least no one is really ill in your family. Your mom may just have to spend more time at the hotel. Ok - so it's not your dream trip, but I bet you can still catch a taste of the magic. Have fun. Something surprising may be in store for you.

well my mom's leg is much better since I originally posted, so things are starting to look up.......my only problem now is adapting to staying off site, which means we all have to go everywhere together, I'm sure we will make the best of it, I'm sure we will have a magical time

Glad your mom is doing better. Staying off site is not so bad! I can understand your frustration and disappointment with having to "down grade" your trip. Being able to just be there is so much better than not going at all. You are going to have nice weather and the decorations are starting to go up! It'll be magical!!
