Leaving tomorrow

Hi all! When I planned for our Disney trips, it was a huge undertaking over the course of 6+ months. This year, we are spending 2 days at RPH prior to taking a cruise. Other than making the booking and paying, I really haven't given the Universal part of the trip much thought and now I am beginning to have some angst. So, what are some last minute tips you can give me? TIA
