LEAVING TOMORROW!!Tell me what I can't miss with a 5 y/o!!!!

We are so excited to be going to DisneyLand for the first time. Going with DH's sister's family. There will be 4 boys ages 5-9y/o. My DS5 has been to WDW 3 times, but he is sooooo excited to go to DL. We are staying at HoJo, and we will be there for 5 days. Going to DLH ballroom for Thanksgiving and WOC dinner on Friday, but was hoping for some NOT TO BE MISSED info from the DL vets.
Any last minute advice, words of wisdom, secrets, or bewares!!!

The ballroom is great! BUT, don't make any SCHEDULED plans for after because you will most likely wait to be seated, they have juices coffee, etc while you wait. But it's going to take longer than you might think it would because you have a reservation. Also, it gets crowded in the waiting area, they have an area for pics with the characters. You'll see Picahontas, chip and Dake, and that raccoon from pocahontas...don't count in seeing Mickey though : (.

The food was GREAT! The kids food area was great also! Have fun and enjoy don't worry about the crowds!

My kids loved musical chairs with Alice and Mad Hatter. it's at coke corner, and I've heard it moved to 1 pm (used to be 2:30 every day). Takes about 30 minutes and so much fun!
