Has anyone take a four or five year old child on Expedition Everest, and if so how did he or she react? This little girl is pretty brave and rode every ride and coaster at Holiday World last year but this is different. TIA.
Sorry, I don't know. We have a 5 year old that road BTM for the 1st time Jan 06 and loved it (she had been to WDW 8 other times, but this was the 1st the was brave and tall enough.)
We will be at WDW a week from today.
She is interested in EE because she has seen shows on it, but I think she might be too short. What is the height restriction on it. Anyone know?
Well, you will know in a week! (or less, but you won't be home to post it.)
When in doubt, I would ride it 1st and then take the kid on the 2nd time. (child swap if you want, ask for a child swap ticket so you don't have to wait a 2nd time.)
Also don't make any trill rides your 1st rides. Build you way up. Way too many people say their ran to a rollar coster as their 1st ride and their young child refused anything else the rest of the day. Build up to to it. In EE I suggest going on the MK montains 1st. BTM is a good one for that. I always start in FL, and work my way out from there since it gets crazy busy there after 10:00 am or so.
But she wouldn't go on Dinosaur!! Go figure - and thought Soarin was soo boring!!
Has your 5yo been on BTMRR- if so EE is a little more intense. Maybe a lot more intense-but its a very smooth ride. In fact the drop on Splash Mountain is worse than the drop on EE because its a smooth ride.
