about the weather and trying to remember everything! Argh!
We are driving(we usually fly but could not afford it this year) and WOW the northeast had soooome weather yesterday! Wish us a safe drive please and thanks so much for all the info here!!!

Have a wonderful time and drive safely. We're in SC and the weather is much better today than it has been. Still cold, but not bitter cold. No ice, snow or anything around Charleston.

We drove this past summer from upstate ny. Not quite the weather your driving down in. We have driven in the winter before, and had to certainly take it slow from ny, pa on down to virginia. AFter that, any snow that had hit was usually melted since the air heats up rather quickly. Be careful because driving through the weather can tire you out. You might have to stop sooner than normal. Though we never stopped, I usually had to pull over to rest around Georgia. The weather should clear up before then and you should be fine. I have never seen these storms last long in the south.
