Never again will I book an afternoon flight. This is torture. Bags have been packed, showers have been had, went to the bank. We've been ready since 9am. Flight doesn't leave until 2pm.

I think it's even worse when it's a late afternoon flight comine BACK from WDW. We did that in May. We could still go to a park (MGM) and we arranged a later check out, but it was like this black cloud was hanging over our heads! Even though we were having fun, we knew it was all about to end!

The anticipation must be killing you! I know start singing the single most horrendous song know to man kind "Its a Small World After All..." If that doesn't kill the anticipation in you I don't know what will!

Have a wonderful time. The anticapation's part of the fun, so think of how you're sitting in the house right now looking at this website & in a few hours, you'll be sitting in a Disney site looking at all the fun things you'll be doing.

Pretty soon, it'll be time to head to the airport.

aww I know what you mean! That is why i book as early morning as possible, thing is then I refuse to go to sleep so I am not cranky waking up...It's NUTS!!!!

We usually take a 6:40 flight from DFW to OIA (MCO) and that is too early. In the future, I am shooting for around 9:00.

Our flights are always booked 6-7am, I need to be up and going and on the way before sunrise

We have 45 min drive to the airport and even that kills me, not only that but the stop at Thrifty to drop off the car and wait for the shuttle, it's torture

Every time we go to WDW, I wish our house was right by the airport, impatient person I am..at times

We're going next week for our first DVC and we are leaving at 2:00am just to get there for Breakfast. I pushed for 4:00, but, there it is.
