Leaving Saturday!

After a year and a half of planning, I'm finishing up my packing and getting ready to go to Disney Saturday!!!!! It felt at one time it would never get here, but now that I'm really packing--it went by so fast!!!

I'm going with my two sister to celebrate our youngest high school graduation. We're doing a land/sea pkg and are so excited...I realized how excited I am last night, when I couldn't go to sleep!!! My mind is racing---and it's only Tuesday!!!! Does this happen to anyone else? I mean, I've not slept the night before I've left for a vacation, but never 5 nights before I've left for a vacation!

Our first lag, we'll be staying at the AKL, and then we're a Cat 6 on the Wonder. Saturday I think we'll hit MK for the fireworks, we land in Orlando at 2ish. Sunday-MGM with PS at Brown Derby-Mon-MK, TUE AK and Hoop De Doo at night--WED-Epcot and Thursday--Boat--here we come!

I'm a little anxious about the cruise--I've never been before and am getting nervous about the motion sickness---I normally don't get too bad, but if I'm sitting in the back seat for a long period of time, I get..how do you spell nauseous??? I'm bringing non drowsy dramamine...has anyone cruised lately? How much do you feel the waters???

Oh, and here's the bonus--after all my saving, (I'm bringing $1500 and have a back up credit card) then I get paid on Friday before I leave. I just got company email today stating that because we met some goal, we get a bonus $700 in this check! I may not have to use my back up credit card after all!!!



Just wanted to share--cuz I'm certainly not sleeping anytime soon!!!

Thats awesome! I sure know about your excitement! We just finished what you are doing in April and loved every minute of that trip. You will love the Wonder! Enjoy Castaway Cay, and do tons of shopping there, you can't find their merchandise anywhere else. I got everything, the mug, beach towel, sweatshirt, tshirts. I went a little nuts, but this island is pure paradise. Try the hammocks over near the bar, its more secluded. Have a ball!!!!!!!

And don't worry too much about motion sickness, the ships really don't move that much unless you are in very rough waters.... it should be smooth sailing this time of year.

Matter a fact I am paying my cruise on the Magic off this Friday and I have butterlfies in my tummy over that!!! We don't even cruise till October!!! That is great that we can feel this much excitement over something in our lives. More people need to be this way if you ask me..

Enjoy your trip!! We just got back from a quick trip to AKL and it was fabulous! Love that resort.

Eat at Boma! So good.....

Don't forget to go to Palo one night on your cruise. The best food on the ship. Also take a little of that bonus money and treat yourself to the spa!

Serenity bay at Castaway Cay is Heaven Try and get over there for atleast a couple hours.
