Leaving MK on NYE and getting back in?

I am pretty sure I know the answer to this one but I am hoping I am wrong. We are planning on being in MK just after opening and staying until close (fireworks). However, we are staying in Fort Wilderness and will have a dog there. Is there anyway to get a pass out for one of our party to go walk the dog and come back in. What about a pass out to the kennels at MK. Certainly there must be some provision for that.

Any ideas appreciated.

I havent been there for that holiday season but why not see about boarding him for the day @ the FW kennels?

I'm so glad you posted this. We are not arriving until NYE and wanted to leave the park (whatever park we're at) to check into PC and the go back, but I know that the parks often reach capacity and I was wondering if you can get get back in if the park has reached capacity.

So if anyone know the answer to this...

There are different levels of "capacity" at the parks.

Take MK for example. There is a "Capacity" level where it will no longer accept non-resort guests and then another "Capacity" level where it will not allow anyone at all.

If a park is at capacity they will not let in on a "one person leaves, one person gets in" system. A certain number would have to leave before a certain amount are let in.

If you are in a park and leave there is no guarantee that you will get back in. If they close admittance than you will not be let in. It's as simple as that. They are only allowed to have a certain number of people in by law so I doubt there would be a provision somewhere for having a pet and needing to let them out.

I've never experienced a park filled to capacity and frankly would not want to be there if it were :)
