My husbands ileostomy has often leaked and needed to be changed while at the parks. So my husband has to leave to go back to the resort to get cleaned up and change it. My question is could we leave his supplies at the first aid station along with an extra change of clothes in case he has an accident and has to change his appliance and clothes. Thanks

I know they will keep meds and things like nebulizers so I would ask. All they could say is no. Another option if they say no is the lockers available in every park.

Thanks..I thought about a locker but his supplies cannot be exposed to Sept heat.

If it is that type of situation then i believe they would allow you to leave it. I leave my insulin and syringes with them in the warmer months with no problem. Also they have some private rooms that he could change in or the handicapped restroom.

Agree with Talking Hands.

There are private rooms at First Aid, single person restrooms and they should be able to safely dispose of his full bag.

and I think that's what was meant by the other poster. I don't think first aid will mind the medical supplies, but how far they will go with the rest is in question. Hopefully, you will be ok with it all, but just in case be prepared for the clothes to maybe need a locker.
