Leaving luggage with Bell Services at Check-In

Hi all. We will be arriving in 9 days for our first stay as DVC owners! We will be arriving at BCV around noon. I know ME will be handling our checked luggage, but can we also give them our carry-on (a small rolling bag) to hold on to until our room is ready?

Just go to the Bell Services desk inside the lobby of BC. They will take whatever you want them to store for you and issue you a claim tag.

Your DME luggage will be delivered to your room whether you are in the room or not. You will have to call Bell Services to deliver the additional items you left directly with them and while the tip is covered for your DME bags, one will be expected for the extra items.

ETA: There is also a Bell Services/Valet desk outside but that is staffed by non-Disney employees. If you leave a bag with them, they will probably let you know that while they are the ones taking your bag, they won't be the ones delivering it (in other words, they will want a tip for taking the bag). If you take the bag to the Bell Services desk inside the lobby, you can tip once when the bag is delivered to your room.

The bell service desk is in the BC lobby not the BCV lobby across from the check-in desk. They will hold your bags just like the PP mentioned. We do this every trip and it is so easy with no hassle involved. Have a wonderful trip....we love BCV . Sorry PP don't want you to think I was stepping on your toes.

Thanks for the correction! I meant BC but typed BCV and there is a difference between the two. Thanks for catching and correcting it so that the OP wasn't directed to the wrong lobby!
