Leaving in a couple of hours, have questions.

Getting ready to head to the airport. It's been a long time since we rented a car. Would love if someone could answer a couple of questions.

1. I used an Alamo coupon code a few months ago with my reservation (no idea how it worked with all the controversy lately) but it is preventing me from doing online checkin. Is there anything I can do now to help speed up the process? Would photocopying our driver's licences be beneficial? Would I be able to use the Kiosks?

2. We are spending tonight off-site since we're getting in later, and are staying on Palm Parkway, google maps recommends taking 528, where can I expect the tolls to be?

No need to photo your DL..

When you use a coupon you can not do online check in. You can however use the rental kiosk at the airport for faster service. I do this all the time and it take 10 minutes to rent a car. and you don't need to show the coupon.

Down at the Alamo location in the airport are the walk up kiosk that you enter your confirmation number, swipe your credit card and you DL when prompted and answer a few questions to confirm your rental. THen it will print your rental paper work. Take it out to the garage and pick any car for the class you have rented.

Drive to the exit and show the person in the booth your rental agreement that the kiosk printed for you, DL and Credit card.

VERY Easy

Toll booths are randomly on the highways in Florida. You might drive a mile and pay .75 cents and then drive another two miles and $1.00 and I am not sure on 528 where they are placed. We ususally take 417 to Disney it is faster and less congested route.
