Leaving in 5 days...need HELP

OK....haven't done this before:

1. When we get off the plane, we just look for WDW people to take us to the hotel? (Magical Express) I'm not sure how ME works.

2. We're staying at WL....does the bus take us to Boardwalk and Pleasure Island?

3. Any recommendations for first-timers?

Hello Kathy!
1. We actually asked an employee at the airport to direct us to ME "station." We expected it to be obvious with signs or something yet it wasn't. Once you find the lady with the mickey gloves, you'l be all set.

2. Buses run from all resorts to Downtown Disney.

3. I just back from my first trip just a few days ago! If you have any other questions, do not hesitiate to ask!

Easiest way to get from WL to Boardwalk is to rake the bus from WL to MK then get the bus to Boardwalk. We did this many times since we enjoy eating at ESPN Club and grabbing breakfast treats at Boardwalk Bakery.

When we landed at Orlando via Southwest there was nothing obvious pointing us where to go. After asking, we had to board a monorail type transport which takes you to the main station. Then you just head downstairs and eventually you see the disney people who will take over from there.

If in doubt ask employees there.

Hope you won't have weather problems during that time since that means I will too! TS Maria seems to be projected far too north to affect Florida and that's the only thing out there right now.

I too just got back and found ME much more confusing than I expected. I knew we had to take the tram to the main terminal but we stayed too far left when heading to baggage claim area and ended up on the wrong side. Had to go back up stairs and find the ME folks directing everyone down on the right side. When we got down to the ME area there were HUNDREDS of folks trying to check in (lots of cruise folks). It was very confusing which line to get in and then when they check you in you need to get in yet another line for your resort. I guess next time it would be easier but I'm glad my DH who hates to travel wasn't with me as it was very confusing. We got to the resort about 1 1/2 hours after landing which isn't too bad and I'm not complaining about the price we paid.
