Not knowing anything other than you're ordering groceries and have adr, I'd imagine you aren't forgetting anything.
A couple of things I found helpful while traveling with little ones that I may not have thought about before:
We bought the disposable bibs and were so glad we did. Just threw them away when we were done with them. Did the same with the disposable baby spoons.
We brought a little cooler for the baby food and bottles and used it.
Mine were very attached to their pacifiers and we brought alot.
I bought those plastic links with us and attached all sorts of things to the stroller with them. I made sure the stroller had a bunch of little chew toys and musical toys attached with the links, too. Gave them something to do but made it difficult for it to get thrown and lost when we were walking.
I make sure I bring a towel into the parks. For surfaces that are hot, to cover the stroller so it doesn't get hot, to provide extra shade if baby is sleeping, and to wipe things off in case of a blow out or playing in the water.
I buy and bring a variety of ziploc bags. There are probably a million and one uses for them.
Two "things" we bought with no. one and REALLY REALLY used are a car seat bag/carrier and the break-down baby/toddler chairs. When DS1 was a baby, these were pretty much only available at specialty stores, but now you can get them just about anywhere. The car seat bag/carrier made it easier to transport and carry the car seat. We almost always gate check it (long story for another post). Plus, it keeps the car seat clean. Plus, there is alot of empty space that we can toss in things like jackets/blankets/etc. into before getting on the plane. My DH thought I was crazy when we took DS1 to WDW when he was 16 months (but not yet walking, he was preemie and had delays) and I brought the travel seat. We were staying onsite and wouldn't have a table, etc. But, he agreed that it was a lifesaver. We sat him in it for breakfast, we sat him in it and gave him toys to play with while we packed and unpacked. He was crawling all over the place otherwise.
I always bring a few bath toys.
When I go to the parks, I always bring a bottle of bubbles. Great for waiting times. We typically get lots of attention at the parades, in particular, but I've found it useful when waiting at a table while the other parent gets CS or needs to be in line for food or shopping. Very entertaining for lots of ages.
If I think of anything else, I'll let you know. Sounds like so much fun! We took our DS1 when he was 16months, DS2 to DLR when he was 6 months and DD when she was 13months and honestly, they are some of my favorite trips!
