arriving at BLT in 5 hours!!! Will try a live trip report. It's just DH and I - 2 nights BLT, then off the CA for the first time EVER!! Staying at GCV then touring some, for a total of 15 days!! Let the adventure begin. PS If you haven't heard from me after a few days you know DH couldn't take it anymore

so is flying to Ca cheaper from Orlando - though that NJ would be the better deal?

waiting to head down for the ME pick up so let me start. And let me start with ME....for those of you who have had fabulous time with them, congratulations. Unfortunately, we are not one of them. Every time we opt to use ME, no matter what resort we are staying at, and it has varied, we are the last drop off location. This trip it took us 2 whole hours from the time we got off of the plane till the time we arrived at the CR. Oh well. We are in a block off studio, room 7637. We had requested a room facing the resort marina as we had last time, but we are in the inner circle facing the pool. Not for us. It's ok, but not as peaceful as facing the marina. Pool was really crowded when not raining, and even when it was raining, and loud. Also don't like facing the other rooms. But again, that's just us. Mousekeeping did a fabulous job in this room and the room was ready when we go here at 1pm. Wear and tear on this room....obvious. We stayed here last summer, but arrived 2 days after it opened so our room was brand new. The pulll out has visible stains on both cushions, when I say visible, I mean from across the room. As I sit here typing I can see multiple scratches on the table, and actual digs in the chair I'm sitting in. Digs as in I can run my fingernail thru them....
Gotta go catch ME and off to CA.....
