Leaving in 3 days - too late for room request?

We are arriving in 3 days at OKW - and I never did put in a room (or area) request. I would like to request just to be close to the hospitality house. Is it too late to call now?

I think you can def still call and make your requests! Requests are not guaranted they are just noted on your reservatoins. I think your requests will be met depending on the time you check in and if the front desk are able to accomodate. From my experience they usually do the best they can to give you what you want, so yeah it couldnt hurt.

the other thing you could do is call the hotel directly (instead of disney CRO) and leave your request with them considering you will be there in a couple of days your reservation is probably in OKW front desk computer by now.

but someone else may be more of an expert on this than myself...so im curious to know as well...

Last year they asked us if we had any requests for a room when we checked in! We asked for buliding 4 since we had stayed there before and it is close to the bus stop and got it with out a problem. I guess it depends on how crowded the resort is.

May I make a suggestion? If they offer you any building from 23 to 27, take it! They’re in a cul-de-sac off to the right behind Hospitality House; there’s a bus stop just around the corner on the main road, but not close enough to disturb you; many of the units have water views; they’re quiet, but close to everything.

DVC resorts do not accept personal calls or faxes for requests. They do a room ready placement, so you can request this when you check in.

When we went this past June, I called the hotel directly the day before we were to check in. The CM I spoke with was AWESOME....took down my requests with no problem....and they were honored when we got there.
