Leaving in 15 Days...Magic Band Question

There are 3 of us travelling together and I ordered premium Magic Bands for myself and my friend. They arrived today and they are awesome! Since we have a split-stay, I had the option of ordering additional Magic Bands and now my daughter would like one too. I went online today and our second reservation showed that I still had 9 days remaining to place an order. I declined bands for myself and my friend and I ordered one for my daughter. On the confirmation screen ( AFTER I paid the $20 for the band), it said that the order would be shipped in 5-7 business days! Ummm, that's going to be a problem since we leave in 15 days and they ship it USPS. Our first order arrived 7 calendar days after it was shipped and it took almost a week to ship. That was also before the USPS slow down was announced too. If this is the case, that band is not going to arrive at our house before we leave.

This is from the information section on their web page:

Remember to place your order at least 11 days before your arrival if you would like your MagicBands shipped to your home and at least 6 days before your arrival to have them shipped to your Resort hotel.

I would like to believe that they are aware of this and it would be waiting for us at the resort...but that's the other issue...it was ordered from our second part of our split stay. We arrive in the morning and we are staying just one night at OKW but we are planning on going to Epcot that day. The next day, we are checking in to the Riviera. Her band was ordered from our Riviera reservation. I don't think it will be a huge deal to pick it up at the Riviera if it is not at OKW, but I just need to know if it will be shipped to ONE of the resorts. Unless they use some expedited shipping, there is no way USPS is going to get it to our house before we leave.

1. I would not automatically assume that to be the case.
2. Lots of "moving parts" to this.
(If YOU are unclear about the various issues, I would assume WDW could be, too.)
3. I don't know exactly whom you would call, but call, you should... and make it tomorrow.

Sadly, I've read some recent reports that the resorts have been less than helpful if guests have not received their MBs before their arrival.
