I have requested a refrigerator for our stay at Poly and we are stopping at the grocery store (via shuttle service, not rental car). Here's the dilemma, the hotel says that the refrigerators are first come, first served. I have a 1 year old on milk and I was going to get milk at the grocery store before we get to the hotel. Assuming that all the refrigerators are gone, does anyone know if they have coolers(styrofoam?) for sale at the hotel? I'd hate to buy lots of milk (whole family is BIG milk drinkers) and then not have a way to keep it cold. The alternative is to pay $1.25(?) for single pints, and like I said we are big milk drinkers so that could get kind of expensive!

Any thoughts are appreciated!
Thanks!

I don't remember any coolers. I do remember the store where you can buy pints. I'd call the hotel and ask them about the refrigerator again, and say you have an infant so a refridgerater is quite necessary.

Have fun!

I would pick one up at the grocery store while your there.

Do you have a collapsable cooler at home?
If you do, they don't take all that much space,
and we brought ours with us on the last trip for
use in a non-disney hotel, for our
first night.

It worked great, might want to bring some extra
plastic bags, or ziplocs to keep the ice in a seperate
space, makes putting new ice, and removing
the water.

Plus, on the way home, you could always use
it as a place for extra souveniers if needed for
carryon baggage.

If you're going to the grocery store that's near downtown then they sell styrofoam coolers.

You could always put the milk in the sink with some ice. I would think a refrigerator should become available within a day of your arrival.

YUCK that is gross, I would get a styrofom cooler just to plat it safe, they shouldn't cost that much, putting the milk in the sink even in a container is germy and GROSS!

Hot water and soap will clean a sink. Do you know how long that styrofoam container will stay in a landfill before it deteriorates ? Many many years. You should try being environmentally responsible.
