That is so sweet about the ladies and the parade. I would have gotten emotional too. Things like that remind me how much I have to be thankful for!

I just found your TR and I loved it. Your kids are beautiful. Your kids sound like mine, except I have 3, and my DD is a drama queen too. I hate that your DD hurt her knee and I hope it is doing much better now. We had to use a wheel chair for our youngest DS in 2006 because he was having trouble with his feet, and his asthma was acting up when we went. You are very brave to go in July. I live in the South and I mostly stay inside during July and August. Thanks for sharing.

awww thanks! Yes, my daughter is doing much better now. Thank you! I was VERY nervous about going in July but honestly we got very lucky! It was not overly hot. We followed lots of commonse sense things like stay in the shade when possible, drink lots of water and take little breaks in the day. It really worked out well. I leave on Tuesday for my "mom's trip" and I can't wait to get back! My kids still can't believe I'm going without them! I'm so glad you read my TR and enjoyed it!
