I want to order groceries and some t-shirts but I'm not sure when I should.

I'd say about a week before for Garden Grocer, if you watch their website it'll say if days are starting to get all booked up for deliveries.

DisneyShopping is running 5-7 days from time of order, for processing and delivery in the US right now. It might be around 7-10 days in December, since they normally have holiday sales and it's closer to Christmas.

You can call the DisneyShopping Customer Service number, and they will give you a better idea on delivery timelines to WDW
