Has anybody done Leave A Legacy at Epcot? If you have, please post comments about it. And does anybody know the prices?

Thanks in advance!!! ::MickeyMo

I think the price is $35-40 for leave a legacy. We got it as our extra magic as part of our package on our last trip. I'd go ahead and do it. They are supposed to keep the tiles up for 20 years.
:surfweb:

DH and I did this back in 2001. We paid around $20-$25 with a AAA discount (don't know if they still offer that discount.)

It's fun to go back now and look for it. They give you a card with where it is located at, but it still took us a little while to find it!!

We did two, one in memorium of my mom and one on our baby daughters first visit. I think the cost was around $30 and worth every penny and more. To me they are priceless memories and its so special that we can see them each trip.

We did ours several years ago; my avatar picture is our tile. It is fun to find our pictures at Epcot, and know that a part of us is in the place we love so much!

WE did one early November last year on our honeymoon and I believe it was $30. We recieved our pic and info on where it was located about 3 weeks later... now DH and I can't wait until we get to go back and find it!!!!

We did one several years ago when the prices were higher but we enjoy going to the location and seeing us there.

The prices have dropped significantly since it first started. My mom and I did one last March and remember being surprised at how cheap it was (I think about $25-30 as most have mentioned).

We're very excited to go back in September and see it!!! :cool1:

I did one with my df last Aug and it was $25, We cant wait to go back and see it this Oct!

We did - November 2004. Can't wait to get back to see it for the first time. A coworker was there last week and was supposed to take a picture of it for me. :sunny: I don't know how much it cost - it was included with the package. But the price we would have paid it. We're a part of Epcot now and I think it's great! I always wanted one of the bricks, but they stop selling those. Leave A Legacy was the next best option.

We had our girls picture taken and I love it!!! It's so awesome to know that someday they can take their children to see it :teeth:

I can't remember the price because it came with our package. But even if it was a $100 we still would have done it!! :thumbsup2

We had ours done on our first trip in 2000. It's so neat to go back and look for it!!! Well worth doing.

how many can be in the picture? Do they still offer AAA discount?
Thanks!

I may be wrong but I think only 2 people (adults) can be in the picture. Please someone correct me if I am wrong.

We did ours in 1999 for our honeymoon and then did our dd's in 2002 for her first trip. She is just a baby on hers. It's so cute!! We are going this year for our DD#2's first trip and we have already decided to get one for her. Its fun to find your pictures every trip. :goodvibes

We always do a pencil rub on it and take a pictue by it for our scrapbook.

Ya it's only 2 people per tile...DW and I did ours in April of 2004 on our Disneymoon. Glad to know that for the next 20 years...it will be up there.

We thought this was very cool. Wish they would keep them for longer though. I thought it was 30 years, but a previous poster said 20 years. I could be very much mistaken though. I can't seem to find my paperwork on it. Just remember that it takes them 3 - 6 months to get them on the wall so you will not see them on the current trip.

Oh, I thought you could have more than 2 people in the picture. Oh well. And can you give them a picture, and they transfer it to the tile? Or do they have to take a picture there for it to work. Thanks again everybody!!

They take a picture right there. I'm not sure if you can bring a picture for them to transfer. :confused3 Maybe someone else knows.

DW & I bought two tiles last trip. Looking forward to seeing them this trip. :cool1:
