Least expensive way to get from Epcot to MCO?

Any ideas for this besides a car service?

The only direct method is by automobile (yours, rented or chauffeured).

As a point of information you could take the monorail. At the end of the first leg you are at Transportation & Ticket Center aka Magic Kingdom parking lot concourse and you could take a Lynx (city) bus from there (bus connection needed in uptown Orlando). This circuitous route has to be done without luggage since you may not carry that on the monorail. Cost is something like two dollars per person.

Something to note is that doing this will take at least three and a half hours, So you would need to leave Epcot at least 5.5 hours before your flight (I would give it an extra hour on top of that - there are just way too many possible delays.) That's a lot of wasted time to save $50.

You could take Mears (shared shuttle). I don't think they pickup up at EPCOT. You'll probably have to walk/boat to the Swan/Dolphin. The cost is $22/ adult. Cost effective for one or two passengers. Three (or more) a car service is the better option. Price renting a car at S/D with a drop off at MCO.

You did ask for the least expensive way. Google maps says walking time is around 7 hours (22 miles)
