Thinking about going to Disney Nov. 30 - Dec. 6 or Jan. 17 - 24-09. When would be the least crowded? OR can someone suggest a better time to go when it is not that crowded.

I have personally never been at either of these times. However, I have looked into both for future plans. Both of the dates you suggested would be low times. The exceptions being, the Sunday in November following Thanksgiving and Martin Luthor King weekend. So there may be a day or two that are more crowded.

We will be there 11/28 - 12/7 and we think this is the best time to visit. Weather is usually nice and Xmas decorations and programs are outstanding!! It is also not crowded. :thumbsup2

The week of November 30 should have lower crowds than the week of January 17. The Martin Luther King holiday will conincide with your Janaury dates and the parks will be more crowded during that time. Sunday, November 30 is when all of the Thanksgiving crowds will be leaving. We have been during that week and the crowds were low.

We have been at both of those times. The Christmas decorations are wonderful, glad we've been able to experience that. But we've become Jan vacationers! We don't think it's crowded in Jan. We are considering the same Jan week as you are, that's the week we went this year, however, we may try Jan 11-17and try to land in between the New Year's mob and MLK holiday. In 2007 we went for a long weekend at the end of Jan (25-29 I believe) and there were no crowds at all, we walked onto every ride (except Soarin) with no waits ever. Have fun!

We have gone both times too. I honestly think December is a slight bit less busy but neither time is bad. At that time of year (both) be sure to bring layers of different clothes because the weather can go from 40's to 80's. Have jackets, sweatshirts, jeans etc as well as short sleeves and shorts. We are thrilled to go at either of those times. Love the decorations for Christmas. Love being away from Kansas in January.

We have been in the first two weeks in December and we LOVE it.

The parks were REALLY quiet and the weather was lovely - plenty of sunshine, but it was not really hot.

PERFECT IMHO

Been there in December from 12/12--12/17. There were no crowds at all. The weather can be tricky but I know it's always warmer than back home. (plus NO SNOW!!!) :)

The parks and hotels are beautifully decorated for Christmas. We actually "hotel hopped" to see how each hotel was decorated in its own theme. Awesome!!!!!!!
