Learning the toys....

So I'm trying to do more scrapbooking again. I just got a cricut expression (have had baby bug for years) with a Gypsy. I loaded carts to the gypsy but that's it.

I want to learn to use the gypsy and also learn to create images to use with SCAL. I am a software consultant so I surely can learn both but not sure where to start? Any good blogs, instructions anything?

Also I want to do new fun projects with vinyl and such with the expression - where do you all find those ideas?
