le chef/epcot question

will they allow me to book a reservation at le chef for either 7:30 or 8, when epcot is closed? i think it states that epfw closes at 7 and epws closes at 9. i assume le chef is in the ws part of epcot. can i still get in the park to go to the restaurant, or do i have to be in the park already?

I'm not exactly sure when the last reservation is, but I'm thinking it is 8:30 or 8:45 PM.

Yes

Yes you can still get in the park. You can gain admission into the park at least until 9:00, possibly even later.

The WS showcase pavilions generally close nightly at 9:00 pm and Illuminations runs immediately thereafter. Every time I have stayed for Illuminations (which is lots and lots of times), I walk out of the park and go by Chefs de France on the way. There are always still people in the restaurant eating their meals (and this would be at 9:15 or later at this point). Thus, I am sure one can get a late reservation (such as 7:30 or 8:00), even if that means one is still in the restaurant past park closing time.
