We will be in Epcot the first weekend of October. It is also the beginnign of the Food and Wine Festival. Will I need to get a PS for LeCellier in Canada? Are restaurants busier during the F/W? Or will I be able to call the day before and get a PS?

If you are planning to eat at Le Cellier on a F&W Festival weekend, you will definitely need a PS ahead of time. In fact, I'd make a PS ASAP for anytime you want to eat at Le Cellier during the festival, crowded or not. It's become a very popular restaurant and can be very difficult to get into without a PS.

I agree -- get the PS and cancel if you change your mind. It's become much more popular. In April (after Easter week) we were able to make PS's a few days ahead, but not the day before.

It is better to have a PS than not so you don't have to worry eating at the time you prefer.
