I read on another site that the ribeye was removed and replaced with the bison. I am not a fan of bison so that is a major disappointment to me,

Me too! Their ribeye was delicious. Too expensive, but delicious.

I heard it was replaced but I did just have it over a week ago. Maybe you can ask? FWIW I'm a ribeye person but my DH and I both thought the Filet was better that night.

Will be going to WDW next year. I was thinking about surprising husband and making a reservation here. If the ribeye is gone, that is a deal breaker for him.

Yes, last month the ribeye was still on the menu but it looks like the menu was updated very recently. They also had bone marrow on the menu as an enhancement but that looks to be gone too.

Le Cellier is removing the 16-oz Rib-Eye steak and they are adding a 7-oz Bison Strip Loin.
